Madisonville Police Department is accepting applications for 2013-14 school year, part-time school crossing guards. Applications will be accepted until June 21, 2013 at City Hall, 67 N. Main Street, Madisonville, KY 42431. Applications may be obtained at City Hall or by downloading the application from this site. The City of Madisonville is an equal opportunity employer.

Applications for Police Officer and Fire fighter must contain a copy of the applicant's certified birth certificate, driver's license and high school diploma and also a copy of applicant's DD214 if in the armed forces.
